BrakePro products are manufactured in facilities that earned the ISO/TS16949.

ISO/TS16949 is the development of a quality management system that provides for continual improvement, emphasizing defect prevention and the reduction of variation and waste in the supply chain. TS16949 applies to the design/development, production and, when relevant, installation and servicing of transportation-related products.

What makes BrakePro brand products better than the rest?

ISO/TS16949 quality system ensures minimal defects from the manufacturing process.
BrakePro products are made to more precise tolerances than other methods and exhibit more uniform density.
“Safety first” ensures that each product has been FMVSS 121 dynamometer tested and approved for its stated G.A.W.R. By matching or exceeding your vehicle’s axle rating, your fleet can be confident in using products that will meet OEM specifications. In addition, our products have met the requirements of TMC’s RP 628.
The BrakePro line incorporates the use of aramid fibers, such as DuPont™ Kevlar® product, to reinforce our products. Aramid fibers are 5 times stronger than steel and 2.5 times stronger than fiberglass used by most of the industry competitors. This makes our brake linings stronger, more flex resistant, provides excellent lining life, and reduces brake squeal.
BrakePro products surpass industry competitors in the more difficult vocational applications. As the operating temperature increases, most brake linings today lose stopping power and lining life. BrakePro products are formulated high-end products to be fade resistant at higher temperatures and provide exceptional lining life. The BrakePro line’s newest family of CCM products offer breakthrough technology by combining three leading-edge formulation concepts into one brake lining formulation. Conformable is a term used to define the controlled compressibility of the brake lining, providing greater surface contact. This leads to shorter and quieter stopping while increasing lining and drum life. Cohesive is the term used for transfer film technology, which coats the brake drum with a transfer
film during stopping. This provides a compatible surface for the brake lining and provides shorter and quieter stopping while increasing lining and drum life. Metallic refers to the use of unique metallic fibers added to provide superior thermal transfer capacity. This allows the brake lining to withstand higher temperatures during stopping by dissipating the heat more quickly, allowing the brake lining to run cooler; provide better stopping, less fade and longer life.
